I offer therapy for people aged 8 and above. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning I take into account the impact of past experiences and the wider context of a person’s life when understanding current challenges.
I believe that effective therapy brings together your own insight and lived experience with psychological theory and evidence-based approaches. This collaborative process supports meaningful and personalised change.
I also pay close attention to the physical, social, and cultural factors that shape a person’s experiences and difficulties. Above all, I aim to work in a way that is respectful, empowering, and responsive to your identity in addition to any physical health and neurodivergent needs.
