I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist based in the UK, with over 14 years of experience working across therapy, supervision, and organisational mental health training. I am passionate about helping people understand their experiences, develop practical strategies, and recognise their strengths.
My work has led me to develop a strong interest in supporting children and adults who are suspected or diagnosed with autism and/or ADHD, including those identified later in life. My experiences have shown me how life-changing understanding, support, and practical strategies can be — for managing daily challenges, emotions, relationships, and self-esteem.
Alongside this, I have seen firsthand how much a positive, informed, and inclusive work or school environment can support neurodivergent individuals to thrive. This drives my work with schools and organisations, helping leadership teams deepen their understanding of neurodiversity and develop practical, inclusive strategies that enable both students and teams to flourish.
I have worked with children, adults, and families across a variety of settings, including specialist NHS services, educational contexts, and organisational environments. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy, working flexibly to meet the needs of the person or team I am working with. My work is trauma-informed, taking into account social, physical, and cultural factors that shape experiences and challenges.
Over the years, I have facilitated organisational training, working with leadership teams, schools, and professionals. This breadth of work allows me to understand challenges from multiple perspectives and bring practical, informed support to individuals, teams, and organisations.
