Please contact me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I offer individual therapy, couple therapy and family therapy sessions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
I also feel passionately to make psychology more widely accessible. I offer workshops and trainings to both students and teachers within educational institutions in addition to workplace organisations.
Your therapy sessions will be kept confidential. There may be occasions that it could be helpful to share information with other professionals involved in your care, if this is the case we will discuss this together first. In very rare occasions, I may be required by law to share information in order to protect your safety or the safety of others.
The total number of therapy sessions will depend on your current difficulties and your therapy goals. Following an assessment, I will be able to give a general idea on how many sessions we may need. You will initially attend a weekly 50 minute session. As we come towards the end of therapy, we may discuss holding sessions less frequently.
I am not able to offer support in a crisis, if you require urgent support, please contact your GP, call the Samaritans on 116 123 or contact the NHS on 111. If you feel unsafe or in a crisis, please visit your local accident and emergency (A&E) service.
Yes, I am registered with a number of health insurers, including; BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, WPA and Vitality.
Workshop times can vary from one hour to half days. They are created completely bespoke to your organisation's needs and aims, so lets discuss and I would be more than happy to share my recommendations for the workshop.
Absolutely, the workshops are created completely bespoke to your organisation's needs and aims, so I'd be happy to think about particular topics you have in mind. So long as they fall within my skill set, I would be more than happy to be led by you on topics.
