Seeking therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. Many people come to therapy experiencing anxiety, low mood, difficulties with self-esteem, or feeling out of step with themselves or others. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
When working with children and parents, I also hold expertise in school-related issues such as attendance, bullying, and academic stress.
I offer online therapy to adults and young people across the UK, providing a supportive, reflective space to help you make sense of your experiences and develop practical ways forward.
My work is trauma-informed, meaning I take into account the impact of past experiences, as well as the social, cultural, and physical contexts of your life, when understanding what you are going through. I aim to work in a way that is respectful, empowering, and responsive to your identity, physical health, and neurodivergent needs.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you. We will begin by understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you would like from it, before working at a pace that feels right for you.
Together, we may explore:
• Adjusting to a new or later-in-life diagnosis
• Identity, unmasking, and self-understanding
• Burnout, overwhelm, and exhaustion
• Emotional regulation and anxiety
• Relationships, communication, and boundaries
• Work, education, and sustainable routines
•Reducing shame and self-criticism
•Executive functioning challenges (e.g. organisation, focus, transitions)
Doctoral and further training has equip me to be able to provide a range of therapy models. This means I can offer a flexible and personalised approach. These models include:
