I offer clinical supervision that is reflective, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world practice. Supervision with me is a collaborative space to think deeply about your work, support your development, hold curiosity, honest reflection and attend to your wellbeing as a clinician.
I aim to create a supportive and containing environment where you can bring your whole self — including your intersecting identities, uncertainties, clinical dilemmas, questions, and successes — without fear of judgement. Supervision is tailored to your stage of training or career, your setting, and what you need most from the space.
My therapeutic approach draws on a range of evidence-based models, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Systemic approaches, and Schema Therapy. In supervision, this allows flexibility in thinking, formulation, and how we approach clinical challenges together.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of supporting people across the lifespan with a wide range of experiences including severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
Alongside my independent practice, I hold a Lead Clinical Psychologist role within an NHS acute inpatient service for a team of 18 clinicians. I provide clinical and management supervision across the psychology team, including psychologists at principal level.
These roles have strongly shaped how I supervise — balancing clinical rigour with compassion, curiosity, and realism about the demands of clinical work.
