Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of supporting people across the lifespan for a wide range including severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
Alongside my independent practice, I hold a Lead Clinical Psychologist role within an NHS acute inpatient service for a team of 18 clinicians. I provide clinical and management supervision to a range of professionals including Clinical and Counselling Psychologists (including at principal level), Trainee Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Associates in Psychology and Assistant Psychologists. These experiences have deeply shaped not just how I work therapeutically, but also how I supervise.
Supervision, for me, is more than a clinical checkpoint – it's a space for curiosity, growth, and honest reflection. I aim to create a space that prioritises safety and understanding, where you can bring your whole self – your questions, uncertainties, clinical dilemmas, and successes – without fear of judgment.
My therapeutic approach draws from a range of evidence-based models, including CBT, ACT, DBT, systemic approaches, and Schema Therapy. In supervision, this means I can offer flexibility in how I support you and conceptualise the needs of your clients.
Whether you're in training, newly qualified, or simply looking for a reflective and informative space in your ongoing practice, I’d love to hear from you.
